Glen Jacobs is a person whose name is synonymous with mountain biking, owner of World Trail and the only Australian to have been inducted into the Mountain Bikers hall of fame.
He will discuss the exciting new mountain biking developments happening around Australia.
Hans 'No Way' Rey
Born in Germany, this Swiss/American national now resides in Laguna Beach, California.
A former trials World Champion and inductee of the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame, he is a pioneer of both the Mountain Bike Freeride movement and the trials riding scene.
He travels the world seeking out riding locations that are both historic and hold a sense of mystery, always taking his fans along for the ride. During 'Hans Talks' he will share his extensive experience about mountain biking destinations throughout the world and will discuss the transformation of Derby from his first initial visit in 2015 to now.
Henry Van Ash - Co-Founder of AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand
Henry is an adventure tourism pioneer, alongside AJ Hackett Henry took bungy jumping to the world, he's made a career from challenging people - daring them to confront their fears and throw themselves off bridges or towers in the name of fun and adventure.
Having over 30 years in business and amassing a string of awards, Hackett continues to grow and innovate Bungy New Zealand Ltd.
Tim Watson - General Manager, Dorset Council

Tim has been the champion of Derby since inception in 2009 and throughout his talk you will learn about the fascinating journey of Derby as a concept to one of the world's premier mountain bike destinations.
He'll take you through the battles he faced along the way from local politics to mountain bike politics and the battles with bureaucracy. He will also give you key insight into the proactive things a council can do to create friendly environments and economic developments.
Ian Harwood - Managing Director, Event Management Solutions
A leader in his field, Ian is a man with over 10 years experience running both national and international events ranging from charity runs through to international World Championships including all of the premier mountain biking enduro events in Australia.
Ian was the man that brought the EWS to Australia and has run two very successful Enduro World Series at Derby.
Toby Shingleton - Brand Manager, Shimano Australia
Toby lives for the ride, wherever in the world it takes him. Over the past 12 years he has been working in a bike industry which has seen a progression from 9 gears to 12, from steel hard-tail to carbon full-suspension, from Tour de France winners to influencer-ambassadors, and from analogue to digital media.
Overseeing the Shimano Australia marketing budget, Toby works across product development, retail merchandising, digital strategy, event sponsorship and was key in bringing the Enduro World Series coming to Derby.
With experience across the tourism industry before working in media and marketing, Toby will not only bring a unique insight into mountain biking from a manufacturers perspective but also how brands are shaping future of cycling and why cycling will transform communities and cities around the world.
Thomas Vanderham - Pro Rider
For over 10 years Thomas Vanderham has been a mainstay in the sport of freeride mountain biking.
He forged his fundamental bike skills and love for mountain biking whilst riding the infamous North Shore of Vancouver, and by the age of 15 he was making his first film appearances. Thomas soon developed a following for his unmistakable style on a bike and ground breaking movie segments. A self-proclaimed big mountain rider, he has placed in the top ten at every Red Bull Rampage ever held, and stood on the podium in 2008.
Thomas is prolific in the industry’s biggest and best media outlets.
Harald Haaland- Manager Resort Development, Høgevarde Mountain Village
Growing up in the alpine village of Voss, in the heart of the rugged fjord region of Norway, the mountains have been a huge part of Haralds life from a very young age. Spending his free time strapped to a pair of skis or riding his mountain bike whenever and wherever possible.
Professionally, Harald has been fortunate enough to combine his passion for the outdoors, having held leading positions with several of Norway's flagship companies in mountain-related tourism. Harald leads the resort development team at Høgevarde Mountain Village, located just 90 minutes from Norway's capital city Oslo.
Adrian Greiner - Founder and CEO of BikePlan AG
Adrian Greiner is a qualified spatial and scenographic designer, Swiss Cycling Guide expert and, as CEO of BikePlan AG, runs a planning office which is primarily active in the fields of bike-specific destination development and spatial planning.
As a project manager, he develops region-specific structures in order to establish mountain bike destinations and regions on a broad basis and to efficiently implement infrastructure projects at the planning level. BikePlan AG's project portfolio includes various regional and destination developments in well-known tourism regions in the alps and around Europe.
